By downloading, installing, or using TipsBot software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. Description of Service

TipsBot is automation software designed to help content creators manage their Fansly streams. The software provides features including but not limited to tip queue management, teleprompter functionality, and overlay integration.

3. License and Usage

• Personal Use Only: TipsBot is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by individual content creators
• Single User License: Each license is valid for one user only
• No Redistribution: You may not distribute, resell, or share the software
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription Model: TipsBot operates on a subscription basis through Fansly
• Demo Version: A limited demo version is available with restrictions
• Continued Access: Software continues to function after subscription cancellation, but updates and support require active subscription
• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY: We make no warranty that the software will meet your requirements
• FITNESS FOR PURPOSE: We do not warrant that the software is suitable for any particular purpose
• NON-INFRINGEMENT: We do not warrant that use of the software will not infringe third-party rights
• UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION: We do not guarantee the software will operate without interruption or be error-free
• THIRD-PARTY COMPATIBILITY: We do not warrant compatibility with Fansly or other third-party services

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIPSBOT, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• DIRECT DAMAGES: Any direct damages exceeding the amount paid for the software
• INDIRECT DAMAGES: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• LOST PROFITS: Any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• DATA LOSS: Any loss or corruption of data
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION: Any interruption of business or streaming activities
• THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS: Any actions or changes by Fansly or other third-party services

7. INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS TIPSBOT, ITS DEVELOPERS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of the software
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you create or distribute using the software

8. Third-Party Services

• Fansly Integration: TipsBot integrates with Fansly services. We are not responsible for Fansly's actions, changes, or service interruptions
• API Changes: Third-party API changes may affect software functionality without notice
• No Affiliation: TipsBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fansly

9. User Responsibilities

• Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform terms
• Content: You are solely responsible for your content and streaming activities
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts
• Appropriate Use: You must use the software only for its intended purpose

10. Termination

• By You: You may stop using the software at any time
• By Us: We may terminate your access for violation of these terms
• Effect: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software

11. FORCE MAJEURE

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Acts of God, natural disasters
• Government actions or regulations
• Internet or network failures
• Third-party service interruptions
• Cyber attacks or security breaches

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
